As a software engineer, you play a crucial role in crafting and delivering those solutions, in line with organisational and architectural standards. Furthermore you: Proactively participate in a multidisciplinary DevOps team where you challenge and debate the decisions of your team members on presented solutions; take responsibility and ownership in suggesting best practices regarding dependency and risk management; are eager to know more about banking processes, our stakeholders, and their needs; proactively participate in reflection moments to improve our collaboration, processes, value delivery and goals, on both product and team level.Your talentsYou have excellent knowledge of and experience with designing, customizing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions;You have excellent knowledge of and experience with the Power Platform;You have working experience with Azure products;You have working experience with the programming languages SQL, XML/JSON, OData, and C#;You have working experience with automated pipeline management tooling;You work thoroughly, accurately and have high-quality standards by nature;You are a star in applying structured development methods and document accordingly;You have an Agile mindset and preferably experience with Scrum and backlog management tooling.Your personalityYou are customer-focused, with an eye for detail, but can look at things from a broader perspective; have great stamina and manage setbacks to find new routes towards results; be vocal, energetic, not afraid to share your thoughts, and happy to learn from your mistakes; communicate clearly, timely, and to any audience; be a team player with a good dose of self-reflection to improve yourself and your surroundings.
