Senior MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management and business teams.Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, SQL, or other reporting tools.Monitor business KPIs and provide performance analysis to support strategic decisions.Create operational dashboards for sales, customer support, marketing, finance, and other functional teams.Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective teams for timely correction.Generate ad hoc reports and analytical summaries based on management requirements.Maintain and update master databases, user records, and operational trackers.Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.Support process automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts.Analyze trends, productivity, and operational performance and provide actionable recommendations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions.Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and reporting processes.Train junior MIS executives on reporting standards, formulas, dashboards, and data validation processes.Continuously improve reporting efficiency and dashboard usability.Required Skills:Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, dashboards, and automation).Strong knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to interpret business data and present insights in a simple and actionable manner.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines.Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and operational reporting systems is an added advantage.
