Senior MIS Officer

Hayman Microfinance is looking for a Senior MIS Officer to collect, analyze, and consolidate business data, prepare regular reports, and provide meaningful insights to support management decision-making. The role will also support MIS systems and technology-related activities.ResponsibilitiesConsolidate and analyze financial and operational data, including budgets, outreach, and branch performance, in line with company goals.Collect and consolidate data to prepare regular and structured reports.Conduct business analysis on past and future performance and prepare forecast models.Identify trends and conduct detailed data analysis to prepare reports for management.Support technology projects and ensure effective cost management.Support technology portfolio management, innovation, and MIS activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide consulting, document management, and training/orientation on standard systems to staff.Support the planning, implementation, development, integration, and maintenance of application systems.Identify and solve work-related problems and promptly report issues to the direct manager for appropriate solutions.Comply with the rules and regulations of the Operations Department.Provide good service and maintain good communication with all staff and stakeholders.Perform other duties as assigned or required by the direct manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Statistics, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Experience in preparing reports and analyzing data.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Myanmar.
