We're now expanding our mobile engineering team to take on high-stakes, high-scale iGaming products and we need someone who has been in this exact trench before.The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Mobile App Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of iGaming applications for iOS and Android. This is not a generalist mobile role. We will only consider candidates who have shipped live, real-money iGaming apps to the App Store and Google Play and understand the regulatory, compliance, and technical realities that come with them.What You'll DoArchitect and build native iGaming apps (casino, sportsbook, poker, rummy, fantasy, or similar real-money gaming products) for iOS and AndroidOwn the full mobile delivery lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, store submission, and post-launch iterationNavigate Apple App Store and Google Play real-money gaming policies, including geo-restricted distribution and licensing documentationIntegrate payment gateways, wallets, KYC/AML flows, and geolocation/geofencing servicesBuild real-time gameplay features (live odds, in-play betting, multiplayer tables) using WebSockets and low-latency architecturesImplement responsible-gaming features (deposit limits, self-exclusion, session timers) to regulatory standardsWork with backend, QA, and compliance teams to pass certification and regulator auditsMentor mid-level developers and set mobile engineering standardsStrict Requirements, Read Before ApplyingApplications that do not clearly demonstrate ALL of the following will not be processed:6+ years of professional mobile development, with strong native expertise in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android). Cross-platform experience (Flutter/React Native) is a plus, not a substitute.Minimum 3 years of hands-on iGaming experience, you have built and shipped real-money gaming apps (casino, sportsbook, poker, rummy, fantasy sports, or lottery). Portfolio links to live apps are mandatory.At least 2 iGaming apps live on the App Store AND Google Play that you personally developed or led. You must be able to walk us through your specific contributions.Proven experience with App Store Guideline 4.7 / 5.3 (gambling & real-money gaming) and Google Play real-money gaming policies, including geo-targeted releases and licensing submissions.Hands-on integration experience with payment gateways, wallets, and KYC/AML providers in a real-money context.Experience with geolocation/geofencing enforcement for jurisdiction-based access control.Deep knowledge of real-time systems: WebSockets, live data feeds, odds engines, or live dealer streaming.Strong grasp of app security: certificate pinning, jailbreak/root detection, anti-tampering, secure storage, and fraud-prevention patterns.Familiarity with RNG certification, responsible gaming requirements, and regulator/lab audits (e.g., GLI, iTech Labs, eCOGRA).Experience shipping and maintaining apps at scale, crash-free rates, performance profiling, CI/CD for mobile.Nice to HaveExperience with live dealer/streaming SDKs (low-latency video)Backend familiarity (Node.js, Go, or similar) for API collaborationExperience with multi-jurisdiction releases (UKGC, MGA, Curaçao, or Indian state regulations)Unity or game-engine experience for in-app game contentHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn with:Your resumeLinks to live iGaming apps you built (App Store + Play Store,applications without these will be rejectedA short note (5–6 lines) on the hardest iGaming compliance or technical challenge you solved⚠️ Please do not apply if you do not meet the iGaming-specific requirements above.
