Senior Mobile Developer

We're looking for a 'Senior Mobile Developer' to join our US based partner, a fast-growing Restaurant Technology (FoodTech) company.

Qualifications

Proven experience developing and delivering high-quality mobile applications using Flutter in production environments.Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle management, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Firebase and Sentry to identify, investigate, and resolve production issues.Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, versioning strategies, and multi-environment configurations.Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives, focusing on user value and product impact.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and make pragmatic decisions.Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Comfortable leveraging modern AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and ownership.Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of taking end-to-end ownership of features and products in a fast-paced environment.Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and delivering scalable, reliable mobile experiences.

Requirements

Graduated from a top-tier university, preferably, department of Computer Engineering5+ years of experience in mobile software development, ideally 7-8+ years, with a proven track record of delivering production grade applications.Previous experience in Senior, Lead, or equivalent technical leadership roles, including mentoring developers and driving technical decisions.Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for working in an international environment.Demonstrates a strong builder mentality, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for creating, scaling, and improving products.Product-minded engineer who understands business impact and user needs, not just technical implementation.Comfortable taking ownership of complex initiatives from concept to production and continuously improving products based on customer feedback.Thrives in fast-paced environments where autonomy, accountability, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.Demonstrates strong engineering judgment, balancing product requirements, technical excellence, scalability, and speed of execution.Experience working closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to shape product direction and deliver meaningful outcomes.Adecco is a private employment agency licensed under number 442 dated 27.12.2025, operating under the supervision of İŞKUR.
