Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) | Remote (US or Canada Preferred)Location: Remote, open to US or CanadaCompensation: $150K - $180K base compensation (depending on experience and expertise)Help build mobile experiences that power real-world operations at scale.Our client is a growing SaaS organization seeking a Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) to lead the development of customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative product and engineering team focused on delivering intuitive, reliable, and high-quality mobile experiences used by enterprise customers.If you're passionate about Flutter, enjoy owning products end-to-end, and thrive in environments where you can influence technical direction, we'd love to connect.What You'll DoBuild and Enhance Mobile ProductsDesign, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and AndroidOwn features from concept and technical design through release and ongoing enhancementPartner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver intuitive user experiencesIntegrate mobile applications with backend services and APIsContribute to architecture, state management, reusable components, and mobile development best practicesDrive Quality and PerformanceDevelop automated unit, widget, and integration testsTroubleshoot and resolve performance issues, crashes, and platform-specific challengesImprove app responsiveness, reliability, and user experience across supported devicesSupport and enhance CI/CD processes for mobile development and release managementManage app deployments and releases through Apple App Store and Google PlayProvide Technical LeadershipCollaborate on API design, authentication, and secure data practicesParticipate in code reviews and mentor fellow engineersHelp establish scalable development standards and processesLeverage customer feedback and product insights to continuously improve the mobile experienceWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong production experience with Flutter and DartExperience building, launching, and maintaining customer-facing mobile applications on both iOS and AndroidDeep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and API integrationsExperience developing automated test suitesProven ability to diagnose and resolve application performance and stability issuesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processesUnderstanding of authentication, data security, and mobile security best practicesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to balancing quality, speed, and business objectivesPreferred QualificationsStrong UX/UI instincts and customer-centric design experienceExperience with maps, geolocation, or real-time data applicationsExperience implementing push notifications and background servicesNative iOS or Android development experienceExperience building accessible mobile experiencesBackground working within SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with cloud-based APIs and event-driven architecturesExperience leveraging AI-powered development toolsWhat Success Looks LikeDuring your first few months, you'll:Quickly gain an understanding of the product, users, and existing mobile ecosystemDeliver meaningful enhancements to customer-facing functionalityIdentify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and maintainabilityHelp shape the future direction of the mobile application platformPrime Team Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
