Senior Mobile Engineer, Android, Core

What you will doBuild and evolve Core Platform features across Authentication, Privacy & Security, and Core User Experiences;Design and develop high-quality, scalable features while balancing performance, maintainability, and technical debt;Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features;Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices;Support the technical growth of team members through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring;Continuously improve code quality, development efficiency, and system reliability by adopting modern Android technologies.What you will need4+ years of experience developing Android applications using Kotlin and Java;Good understanding of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and modern asynchronous programming;Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, Design Patterns, Memory Management, and Data Persistence;Solid understanding of modern Android architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and modularization;Experience with Android architecture components (e.g., ViewModel, Lifecycle) and local data persistence (SQLite);Experience optimizing memory usage and resolving ANRs and crashes;Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and design maintainable software;Strong ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills;Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning;Experience using LLMs and AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity is a plus.
