It just moves in, starts working, and keeps getting sharper from what actually happens on the ground.Your job is putting that intelligence into the hands of the people living it: the technician under a truck, the rep quoting on the move, the operator who needs an answer right now. That means building for warehouse wifi that drops out, gloved hands on a screen, and apps that keep working when the connection doesn't.What you'll be doingYou'll own the mobile experience of the platform, working closely with product, design, and a small team of engineers you'll also help grow. You'll spend real time with the customers using it, hearing how it's working in practice, and shaping what gets built next.What we need from you5+ years shipping production mobile apps, start to finish, including getting them through App Store or Play Store releaseStrong native iOS or Android skills, and comfortable with (or keen to pick up) cross-platform tools like React NativeReal experience with AI, whether that's shipping AI features professionally, building your own agents or projects on the side, or just being the person on your team everyone goes to when something needs figuring out in this spaceStrong communication, comfortable mentoring and guiding other engineers day to day, and just as comfortable sitting across from a customer talking through how something works and whyIf your mobile fundamentals are strong and this sounds like the kind of problem you want to be solving, we want to hear from you.
