About The OpportunityAbout the OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join a global media and technology company that builds products focused on relationships, personal growth, and emotional wellness. This role involves developing high-quality mobile applications used by millions of users across marketplace platforms.You will work on both cross-platform (Flutter) and native mobile development (iOS and Android), contributing to scalable and user-centric solutions in a collaborative and international environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, Swift (iOS), and Kotlin (Android)Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiencesBuild reusable, modular, and well-tested mobile componentsIntegrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party servicesApply best practices in mobile architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, reactive programming)Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery usageParticipate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharingTroubleshoot and resolve production issues across iOS and Android platformsContribute to CI/CD pipelines and mobile delivery processesRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in mobile application developmentStrong expertise in Flutter and DartExperience with state management (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod)Hands-on experience with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)Solid understanding of mobile architecture and design patternsExperience consuming and integrating RESTful APIsFamiliarity with mobile testing (unit, UI, integration)Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, Fastlane, or GitHub ActionsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)Nice To Have SkillsExperience with modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind UI, etc.)Knowledge of agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor)Experience working in B2C and B2B marketplace productsExposure to performance monitoring and optimization toolsPrevious experience in global/distributed teamsAvenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and to all the principles guaranteed by the most accurate global data protection laws, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and CPRA.
