Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS + Flutter)

📍 Location: Bangalore 🕒 Experience: 4+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to build mobile applications used inreal-world healthcare environments. A significant part of the work is building custom UIcomponents that are accurate, responsive, and reliable under continuous, real-time data.You'll own the iOS side of a Flutter application and work closely with product, design,backend, and QA to take features from idea to release.What You'll Do- Build and maintain mobile applications using iOS (Swift) and Flutter (Dart).- Design and develop custom, data-dense UI components with a high bar for accuracy and responsiveness.- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following modern development practices.- Work with concurrency and background processing to keep the app responsive under continuous data.- Profile and optimize applications for performance, memory usage, and battery across devices and OS versions.- Integrate external libraries and build reusable modules or frameworks where useful.- Integrate REST APIs and handle data storage securely on device.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and technical discussions.- Own releases to the App Store and Play Store, including monitoring and production support.- Contribute to the Android side where shared code requires it.What We're Looking For/Must To Have- 4+ years of experience building production mobile applications, with at least 2 years hands-on in native iOS (Swift).- Hands-on experience in Flutter. Good understanding of flutter architecture.- Experience building custom UI components on iOS, rather than only composing standard ones.- Good understanding of multi-threading and concurrency on iOS (Swift Concurrency and/or GCD).- Experience diagnosing and fixing memory leaks, retain cycles, and performance issues using Instruments or similar tools.- Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs.- Experience independently releasing and maintaining apps on the App Store.- Working knowledge of Android fundamentals and app lifecycle.- Strong programming fundamentals, OOPS, and problem-solving ability.- Comfortable taking ownership of a problem and driving it to completion.Nice to Have- Exposure to regulated environments such as healthcare or medical devices.- Experience integrating external hardware or peripherals (Bluetooth / USB devices).- Experience creating frameworks.- Experience building desktop applications with Flutter.- Understanding of backend APIs and cloud services.- Experience with offline data handling and sync.Why Join Us?- Work on products that make a real impact in healthcare.- Solve real engineering challenges in rendering, performance, and device integration.- Strong ownership of the mobile platform, with a supportive engineering team around you.
