Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native)

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building fluid, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces across multiple platforms and devices.We are looking for experienced Engineers with an appetite for solving complex problems, building seamless user interactions, and delivering world-class software.National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 0%-15% estimated.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for mobile and web platforms using React Native and ExpoImplement features across iOS, Android, and Web using a shared codebaseCollaborate with designers and product teams to translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive implementationsWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code following best practices and team standardsBuild reusable UI components following Atomic Design principles and contribute to scalable component architecturesImplement state management and data-fetching solutions using technologies such as Redux Toolkit, React Query/TanStack Query, Apollo Client, React Context, and ZustandIntegrate with GraphQL and REST APIsImplement mobile navigation patterns using React NavigationDevelop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration test suites with strong coverageParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standardsDebug and troubleshoot React Native applications using appropriate React Native debugging and developer tools across physical devices and simulatorsIdentify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance across iOS, Android, and WebMonitor and improve areas such as rendering performance, application responsiveness, memory usage, network requests, and bundle sizeContribute to architectural decisions and help improve development practices and processesWork effectively in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality softwareContribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflowsTake ownership of technical challenges and work independently while contributing towards a common team and company purposeRequirements7-10 years of professional experience relevant to the roleVast experience with JavaScript and TypeScriptStrong professional experience with React and React Native (0.76+)Hands-on experience with Expo and cross-platform application developmentExperience with GraphQL and Apollo Client, as well as REST APIs and React Query/TanStack QueryExperience with state management solutions such as Zustand, Redux Toolkit, and React ContextExperience with React Navigation and mobile navigation patternsStrong understanding of responsive design across different device types and platformsExperience applying Atomic Design principles and building reusable UI componentsStrong experience with React Native debugging tools and techniques, including debugging on physical devices and simulatorsDemonstrated experience with application performance optimization, including identifying and resolving rendering, memory, networking, and responsiveness bottlenecksExperience with unit and integration testing, particularly with JestA Test-Driven Development (TDD) mindsetExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deploymentsProficiency with Git and version control workflowsExperience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and KanbanA passion for building high-quality software, being self-driven, and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purposeBenefitsThe maximum monthly NET salary for this position is 90 million VND.
