Senior Mortgage Advisor

Role Description The Senior Mortgage Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for guiding clients through the entire mortgage process from initial enquiry to completion. This role includes assessing clients’ financial situations, explaining mortgage options in clear terms, and recommending suitable products that align with their home ownership goals. The Senior Mortgage Advisor will manage end-to-end applications, coordinate with lenders and internal teams, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant. Day-to-day activities also involve monitoring market developments, providing proactive advice on refinancing or switching deals, and delivering a professional, client-centered service that reflects Lenddoo’s commitment to clarity and efficiency. QualificationsStrong knowledge of mortgages and mortgage products, with demonstrable experience advising clients on home financing solutions.Solid background in finance and financial planning, including the ability to assess affordability, risk, and long-term implications of mortgage decisions.Experience in mortgage marketing or related financial services marketing, with skills in communicating complex information clearly and persuasively.Proven track record in a senior advisory or relationship management role, preferably within mortgage or banking environments.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling documentation and financial data.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market.Proficiency with digital tools and online platforms used for mortgage comparison, application, and client communication.
