Mortgage Pro emphasizes honesty, professionalism, and a seamless customer experience at every stage of the process.Role Description The Senior Mortgage Advisor is a full-time, client-facing role responsible for guiding individuals through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to completion. Based in Abu Dhabi in a hybrid working model, the advisor will conduct in-person and virtual consultations, assess client financial profiles, recommend suitable mortgage products, and manage applications through to approval. Daily tasks include analyzing financial information, explaining lending criteria and regulations, liaising with banks and developers, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong client pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to mortgage marketing efforts to drive new business.QualificationsStrong mortgage advisory and product knowledge skills.Solid understanding of Finance principles and UAE lending practices.Proven track record in mortgage advisory or financial services, ideally in the UAE market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Proficiency in common office and CRM software; fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.
