Responsibilities include assessing client financial profiles, preparing mortgage applications, coordinating with lenders, and managing documentation to secure approvals efficiently. The advisor will maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and market trends, support mortgage marketing initiatives, and contribute to business development through client referrals and relationship management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality client experience.QualificationsStrong expertise in Mortgages and Finance, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and advise on suitable products.Experience in Mortgage Marketing and Financial Planning to support client acquisition, retention, and long-term financial strategies.CeMAP qualification (or equivalent recognized mortgage advisory certification) demonstrating professional competency.Proven track record in mortgage advisory or banking, ideally within the UAE or GCC market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build trust-based client relationships.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical practices.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
