About PrimetekaPrimeteka is a Spanish mortgage solutions company with two main business lines: Equity Release for property owners and Mortgages for international buyers through leading Spanish banks.This position will be exclusively focused on our Non-Resident Mortgage business line.The RoleWe are looking for a Mortgage Advisor specialised in Non-Resident Mortgages to join our team in Marbella.The role combines mortgage advisory, client management and a strong commercial approach. You will guide international clients through the entire mortgage process in Spain, from the initial financial assessment to mortgage approval and completion.We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and results-driven, with the ambition to contribute to the growth of our international mortgage business.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise international clients on mortgage options available in Spain.Assess client profiles, financial situations and borrowing capacity.Identify the most suitable mortgage solutions according to each client's needs.Prepare and manage mortgage applications with Spanish banks.Coordinate documentation and follow up with clients, banks and other parties involved.Manage each mortgage case from the initial enquiry through to completion.Maintain regular and professional communication with international clients throughout the process.Build relationships with real estate agencies, lawyers and other referral partners.Actively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Non-Resident Mortgage division.Monitor conversion rates and continuously look for ways to improve commercial results.Essential RequirementsValid LCCI / ICI certification.High level of English, both spoken and written.Experience in the mortgage and/or real estate sector.Strong commercial and client-facing skills.Proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset.Ability to manage clients and mortgage applications independently.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Highly ValuedPrevious experience with Non-Resident Mortgages in Spain.Experience working with international property buyers.Knowledge of the Spanish banking and mortgage market.Existing network within the Costa del Sol real estate sector.Additional European languages.What We OfferFull-time position.Hybrid working model.Marbella-based role.Established Non-Resident Mortgage business line with significant growth potential.Opportunity to actively contribute to the development and growth of the division.Professional growth within an expanding mortgage company.
