JOB Description :-Title : Senior Mortgage BALocation: Dublin IrelandNote- This requirement is Hybrid, 3 days onsite/ week based out of client office in Dublin.Functional Skills· Deep understanding of lending business processes and loan lifecycle.· Expertise in requirement elicitation and documentation.· Strong knowledge of loan origination and loan servicing systems.· Experience working with credit decisioning and underwriting processes.· Strong process modeling and business process reengineering capabilities.Technical Skills· Agile/Scrum methodology experience.· User Story creation and backlog management.· Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.· SQL and data analysis skills.· Experience with tools such as:· JIRA· Confluence· Azure DevOps· Visio· Microsoft Office SuiteSoft Skills· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities.· Leadership and mentoring skills.
