Mortgage Pro emphasizes honest, professional guidance and seamless service from initial consultation through to loan completion.Role Description This full-time Senior Mortgage Broker role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Mortgage Broker will manage the end-to-end mortgage process, including assessing client financial profiles, recommending appropriate mortgage products, and preparing and submitting loan applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on home financing options, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong referral network, supporting mortgage marketing initiatives, and mentoring junior brokers to uphold service standards and achieve sales targets.QualificationsStrong expertise in Mortgage Brokerage, with proven experience as a Mortgage Broker.Solid understanding of Finance, including mortgage structures, interest rates, and lending criteria.Experience in building client pipelines through referrals and partnerships.Knowledge of Debt Consolidation solutions and the ability to advise clients on restructuring existing liabilities.Excellent client communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Familiarity with UAE mortgage regulations, banking practices, and local real estate market.Professional fluency in English.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.Track record of sales and performance targets in a brokerage or financial services environment.
