The Senior Mortgage Consultant will advise clients on suitable mortgage products, assess financial eligibility, and guide them through the application and approval process. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client documentation, preparing loan proposals, liaising with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear explanations of terms and rates, and supporting clients at each stage of the home buying journey. The Senior Mortgage Consultant will also contribute to business development activities, track market trends, and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and client service.QualificationsStrong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, with experience in UAE real estate and lending practices.Solid background in Finance and Mortgage Lending, including assessing creditworthiness and structuring suitable loan options.Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.Proven experience in a senior mortgage or financial advisory role, preferably within the UAE market.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and high ethical standards.Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools; fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
