Headquartered in Roswell, GA, QuestRock Home Loans operates under NMLS #1871037 as an Equal Housing Opportunity Lender.Role Description The Senior Mortgage Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Roswell, GA,.This role is responsible for guiding clients through the entire mortgage process, from initial consultation and pre-qualification to loan application, underwriting coordination, and closing. The Senior Mortgage Consultant will evaluate borrower financial profiles, recommend suitable loan products, and present creative financing solutions that align with client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing a pipeline of loans, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with internal and external partners, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, proactively communicating with clients and real estate partners, and contributing to business development through relationship building and referrals.Qualifications Have your NMLS lisence with a proven tact record for 2+Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, including current products, regulations, and best practices.Experience in Mortgage Lending with a solid understanding of loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing workflows.Background in Finance, with the ability to analyze income, credit, assets, and debt to determine borrower eligibility.Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, with a client-focused approach and clear, empathetic communication skills.Proven success in a senior or consultative mortgage role, preferably in a multi-state lending environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.Comfort with technology, including loan origination systems, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.Relevant licensing as required by state and federal regulations (e.g., active NMLS registration), and a strong commitment to ethical lending and fair housing principles.
