Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

Position OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and motivated Mortgage Loan Officer who are capable of independently generating business and building strong client and referral relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, lending practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.RequirementsMust hold a valid NMLS license in at least one of the following states:Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington, WisconsinProven ability to independently generate mortgage business.Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.Strong client relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Willingness to participate in business development, recruiting, and referral activities.ResponsibilitiesOriginate mortgage loans by cultivating and nurturing client relationships.Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products.Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, referral partners, and other industry professionals.Stay current on mortgage market trends, lending products, and regulatory changes.Generate and develop new business opportunities.Contribute to company growth through referrals and recruiting.Manage loan origination activities efficiently while maintaining strong customer service.
