our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior MSK & Rehabilitation Physician to become a key member of our medical team.This is not a traditional GP position.We are looking for a physician who enjoys solving complex musculoskeletal problems, working alongside physiotherapists, continuously improving patient outcomes and helping shape the future of modern rehabilitation medicine.Alongside rehabilitation, you will also contribute to the development of our Recovery & Longevity services, creating programmes that help patients maintain their health long after their pain has resolved.Your MissionYour primary responsibility is to provide outstanding medical consultations for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, spinal disorders and movement dysfunction.You will identify the underlying cause of pain, develop personalised rehabilitation plans, work closely with physiotherapists and guide patients through every stage of their recovery.Beyond daily consultations, you will contribute to improving our clinical pathways, developing new rehabilitation programmes and supporting the continuous growth of our medical services.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Practice* Conduct comprehensive initial and follow-up consultations.* Diagnose musculoskeletal disorders, spinal conditions and movement dysfunction.* Perform detailed clinical assessments of patients with acute and chronic pain.* Interpret MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, laboratory investigations and other diagnostic findings.* Develop personalised rehabilitation plans in collaboration with physiotherapists.* Recommend appropriate investigations and referrals when clinically indicated.* Monitor treatment progress and adjust rehabilitation strategies.* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation* Work closely with physiotherapists to develop integrated rehabilitation programmes.* Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.* Support complex patient cases.* Help improve rehabilitation outcomes through collaborative clinical decision-making.* Contribute to the development of evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.Programme DevelopmentContribute to the design and continuous improvement of programmes including:* Spine Rehabilitation* Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation* Chronic Pain Management* Sports Rehabilitation* Postural Correction* Functional Movement Recovery* Post-operative Rehabilitation* Injury Prevention ProgrammesRecovery & LongevitySupport the development of evidence-based services including:* Recovery Medicine* Preventive Health Programmes* Laboratory Assessment Pathways* IV Therapy Protocols* Supplementation Strategies* Healthy Ageing ProgrammesThese services are designed to with a clear diagnosis, a structured treatment plan and complete confidence in their rehabilitation journey.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for physicians who:* Have excellent clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.* Enjoy treating musculoskeletal and spinal conditions.* Believe in a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation.* Communicate confidently and professionally with patients.* Continuously develop their clinical knowledge.* Enjoy working as part of a collaborative medical team.* Take ownership of patient outcomes.* Are interested in helping develop new rehabilitation and Recovery & Longevity programmes.Requirements* DHA License (GP, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or a related specialty).* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.* Strong background in musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation.* Experience managing patients with spinal disorders and chronic pain.* Experience working alongside physiotherapists or rehabilitation teams is highly desirable.* Excellent communication skills in English.* Experience with Recovery Medicine, Preventive Medicine or Longevity programmes is an advantage, but not essential.During Your Probation PeriodYou will be expected to:* Improve the quality of medical consultations.* Increase patient confidence during the initial consultation.*
