Your new roleAs a Senior MSL/ Medical Advisor, you will serve as the scientific expert for the assigned oncology portfolio and act as a key bridge between the medical community and internal stakeholders.Your key responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining strong scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical experts.Delivering accurate scientific and medical information while engaging in in-depth clinical discussions with external stakeholders.Generating actionable medical insights to identify unmet patient needs and support evidence-based decision-making.Developing and executing KOL engagement strategies and stakeholder mapping plans.Leading and supporting advisory boards, expert meetings, speaker training programs, and scientific educational activities.Supporting early access programs, real-world evidence generation, and investigator-initiated studies.Facilitating clinical trial activities and collaborations between investigators and the company.Providing medical expertise and customer insights to cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial functions.Delivering medical training to internal teams and reviewing promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.What you'll need to succeedMaster's degree or above in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline.
