Senior Multi Technician

Senior Multi-Technician – FM Requirements Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of relevant FM experience, preferably in commercial, residential, hospitality, or large facilities.Strong hands-on experience in MEP maintenance.Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance systems.Ability to troubleshoot and rectify technical faults independently.Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM).Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, manuals, and technical documents.Experience using CMMS/CAFM systems for work orders and maintenance records.Good knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW, LOTO, and safe working practices.Ability to supervise and guide technicians and allocate daily tasks.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency breakdowns.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Knowledge of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.GCC/Saudi FM experience will be an advantage.Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred, if required for the position.
