This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing multimedia content that promotes Bluemina’s services across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating and editing videos, designing graphics and visual assets, developing layouts for web and social media platforms, and ensuring brand consistency in all creative materials. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual stories, manage production timelines, and optimize content for engagement and performance. The role also includes staying current with design trends, multimedia technologies, and best practices in digital content creation.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in multimedia production, including experience with audio-visual storytelling and interactive content.Candidates should possess skills in video production, such as filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.Candidates should possess skills in graphic design and graphics creation, including typography, color theory, and layout design.Candidates should possess skills in web design, with the ability to create visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite or equivalent) is required.Demonstrated experience in developing content for social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate branding is highly beneficial.Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia, video, and graphic design projects, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience in international or service-oriented industries, and familiarity with global audiences, is an advantage.
