Apply & track with Apply EdgeSenior National Account Manager – GroceryFMCG Selection is partnering with a high-growth premium chilled food challenger brand that has reported 140% year-on-year growth, built a footprint of 10,000+ stocking locations, and secured listings across all of the major UK grocery multiple retailers.With strong retailer traction already in place and significant headroom for further growth, the business is now looking for an ambitious Senior National Account Manager to help shape the next phase of its commercial journey.Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact role with responsibility for Waitrose and Asda, alongside genuine influence over wider commercial strategy, distribution growth and future opportunities.The RoleOwn and grow major UK grocery accountsLead JBPs, range reviews, NPD launches and negotiationsTake full ownership of customer P&LsManage pricing, trade spend, margin and promotional ROIDrive distribution gains and profitable account growthWork directly with the CEO on wider commercial strategyCollaborate closely with marketing, finance, supply chain and operationsThe CandidateWe’re looking for an ambitious grocery commercial professional who:Has strong National Account Management experience within FMCG / food & drinkHas managed major UK grocery customersUnderstands P&L, pricing, margin and trade investmentIs commercially sharp, confident and comfortable negotiating with retailersWants to work in a faster-paced, entrepreneurial environmentIs ready for greater responsibility and genuine influenceThis could suit an established Senior NAM or a high performing NAM ready to step up.If you’re looking for a role where you can see the impact of your decisions and help shape the next stage of a growing challenger brand, this could be a great move.Salary: Up to £80,000 + benefits
