Senior .Net Developer

We're hiring a technically skilled, self-driven Senior .NET Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our B2B SaaS product team. In this role, you'll develop highly efficient, scalable code using .NET Framework and .NET Core technologies, working within an agile environment where adaptability, ownership, and clear communication matter. You'll take the development from concept through rollout, balance new it with enhancing our existing codebase, and stay curious about emerging tools and practices.If you're passionate about the .NET ecosystem and strong software design and architecture, we'd like to meet you.This is a remote position. Immediate joiners preferred.Why work with us?·         Opportunity to be a part of a fast paced, growing start-up·         Work on cutting-edge technologies·         Open and friendly work environment·         Competitive salary and benefitsResponsibilities:·         Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical specifications. ·         Work with UI/UX and Front-End teams to define backend architecture and design. ·         Build scalable, secure backend services using .NET Core, C#, MongoDB, and REST APIs, applying sound design patterns and decoupled architecture via Kafka messaging. ·         Design APIs with performance, scalability, and security as core priorities. ·         Continuously improve the existing codebase, identify gaps, propose remediation plans, and implement upon approval. ·         Triage and resolve JIRA issues within agreed SLAs. ·         Balance technical depth with functional product outcomes. ·         Build proof of concepts for complex technical problems and present solutions to stakeholders. ·         Provide accurate estimates and deliver on commitments. ·         Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the stack. ·         Operate independently while contributing actively to the broader engineering team. ·         Write and review tests for own code and peers' code. ·         Mentor junior and mid-level backend engineers.Requirements:·         Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, with a strong consistent academic record. ·         5+ years of experience building web applications and APIs with .NET Framework or .NET Core. ·         Strong proficiency in C#, MongoDB, and Kubernetes. ·         Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kafka, or Golang is a plus. ·         Hands-on experience with Agile methodology, JIRA and Bitbucket. ·         Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native, or Angular) is an added advantage. ·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·         Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies. ·         Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. ·         Strong problem-solving ability paired with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
