Senior .NET Developer (Offshore)Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer (Offshore) to join our remote engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET CoreBuild and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend servicesCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver software solutionsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practicesPerform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developersOptimize application performance, scalability, and securityTroubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely mannerParticipate in system architecture, technical design, sprint planning, and Agile ceremoniesImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesEnsure high-quality deliverables while working effectively in a remote, offshore environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)5+ years of professional experience in .NET application developmentStrong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API developmentExperience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL ServerSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and Clean ArchitectureExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWSProficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD toolsStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProven experience working with distributed or offshore teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applicationsFamiliarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service BusExperience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or BlazorKnowledge of automated testing frameworks and DevOps practicesMicrosoft certifications are a plus
