Senior .Net Developer Tech Lead

About the OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior .NET Tech Lead to join an international banking project, playing a key role in the development, modernization, and leadership of critical business applications. This position is ideal for a senior professional who combines strong hands-on .NET expertise with proven experience leading development teams and driving technical excellence.You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams in a collaborative and international environment.

Location: Portugal Work Model: Hybrid (1x per month, ideally 1x per week Lisbon or Porto) Language: English B2/C1 (mandatory)Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Microsoft technologies.Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust solutions.Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.Drive application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability initiatives.Coach and support team members in their professional and technical growth.Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices within the team.

Requirements
