Senior Network Lead (Cisco)

99 BrightMinds is seeking an experienced Senior Network Lead (Cisco) to lead the design, operation, optimization, and modernization of a large-scale enterprise network environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing network services while driving strategic infrastructure initiatives and providing technical leadership. Lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and data center environments. 10+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise networking. Manage and optimize Cisco Routing & Switching technologies to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing network operations. Drive network transformation and modernization initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh programs, and lifecycle management activities. Ensure high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness through robust network architecture and redundancy planning. Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex network issues. Implement and maintain network security best practices in collaboration with infrastructure and security teams. Oversee firmware upgrades, maintenance planning, and operational governance across the network environment. Design and implement network automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and service delivery. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering and operations teams. Maintain network standards, documentation, and governance processes while ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English (B1 level or higher).
