Hiring: Senior L3 Network Admin – Security, Cloud & Enterprise NetworksLocation: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary Budget-22K AED Per Month(Slightly Negotiable)Notice Period-Immediate-2 weeks joinerWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior L3 Network Engineer / Network Architect with 8–10 years of enterprise networking expertise to lead architecture-level support, security transformation, hybrid cloud networking, and critical infrastructure operations.This role requires CCIE-level expertise, advanced Azure networking knowledge, and strong experience in enterprise security, Zero Trust architecture, and mission-critical network environments.🔹 Key Responsibilities✅ Architecture & Design Authority• Provide architecture-level support for enterprise and hybrid cloud environments• Review and validate HLDs & LLDs for complex network/security designs• Drive scalability, resiliency, optimization, and performance improvements• Act as technical authority for multi-vendor network architecture decisions✅ Advanced Network Support & Critical Escalations• Handle business-critical and complex network incidents• Lead incident bridges and drive rapid service restoration• Identify systemic issues and implement long-term stability improvements✅ Security Architecture & Zero Trust• Lead firewall architecture and security design reviews• Manage Palo Alto & Cisco FTD firewall policies• Drive segmentation, least-privilege enforcement, and Zero Trust initiatives• Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks and governance standards✅ Cloud & Hybrid Networking (Microsoft Azure – L3)• Design and support Azure networking environments including:VNet architectureRouting, UDRs & NSGsAzure VPN Gateway & hybrid connectivitySecure Azure-to-On-Prem connectivity• Optimize cloud performance, availability, and security✅ Core Network Engineering• Manage enterprise routing and switching using BGP & OSPF• Oversee SD-WAN architectures and WAN optimization• Govern DNS, DHCP, and enterprise network services✅ Cisco Platforms – Automation, NAC & Wireless• Expert-level support for:Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)✅ Load Balancing & Application Delivery• Provide architecture-level support for F5 Load Balancers• Optimize application delivery, HA, and resilience✅ Governance, Compliance & Leadership• Lead capacity planning, governance, and audit readiness• Review and approve high-risk network changes as part of CAB• Mentor L2/L3 engineers and provide architectural guidance🎯 Mandatory Skills & Certifications✔ CCIE LAB and even written CCIE certificate acceptable✔ Expert knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls & Cisco FTD✔ Strong Microsoft Azure Networking (L3 level)✔ Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC✔ F5 Load Balancers✔ Expertise in BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN⭐ Preferred Certifications• PCNSE• AZ-700 (Azure Network Engineer Associate)• F5 Certified Administrator / Specialist• ITIL® 4 Foundation📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume at tahir@mindtelglobal.com
