Senior Odoo Consultant

We believe that any business can be digital first.Today, Squareflow has a team of 40 people and offices in Brussels, Antwerp and Luxembourg.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a senior consultant for our Antwerp office. As a consultant, you'll be in regular contact with clients and will build a thorough understanding of their specific needs in terms of business/IT alignment, while taking ownership of projects and contributing to business development.Function:As a Senior Odoo consultant, your specific tasks and responsibilities may include:Understand in depth the customer's needs and activities in order to advise them on the most optimal solutionDrive and challenge business requirements gathering sessionsAct as a liaison between business and development teams to transform requirements into Odoo working featuresImplement the client's needs in the Odoo solution before configuring itTake ownership of the scope, planning and delivery of projects or project streamsAct as a main point of contact for clients and lead project follow-upsCoordinate and support team members involved in your projectsDeliver demos, trainings and support end users in adopting the solutionContribute to the daily development of SquareflowProfile :5 years of experience working with an ERP in a business consulting context, or 3 years of experience with Odoo in a consulting or implementation contextBachelor or master degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, IT or a related fieldGood understanding of business processes and ERP implementationStrong analytical and structural thinkingAbility to work autonomously but also in team with a “Can Do attitude”Creatively and pragmatic in a problem-solving environmentFast-learner with a specific interest in DigitalExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Good working knowledge of Dutch & English – French is a plusWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?More than a technical knowledge combined with our business positioning, we live our values on a daily basis: Teamwork, Commitment and TransparancyWe offer:A competitive salary package, with car and other benefitsExciting projects with a strong use of OdooThe opportunity to grow your superpower in a challenging contextThe possibility to follow regular trainingsThe opportunity to think, build and adopt beyond solutions
