🚀 We are Hiring: Senior Odoo Developer at Livbnb!Livbnb is taking holiday home operations to the next level! We are seeking a self-driven Senior Odoo Developer to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of a full-scale Odoo 19 Enterprise platform powering our operations (from owner onboarding to guest bookings, check-in/out, maintenance, and financials).In this role, you will work across the full stack (data modeling, backend logic, views, integrations, and DevOps) while directly shaping technical and strategic engineering decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Module Development: Lead custom Odoo module development covering the entire property and guest lifecycle.Architecture and Data Modeling: Translate cross-departmental requirements into scalable Odoo architecture; design and optimize ORM data models and hub record structures.Full-Stack Execution: Write clean, testable Python across models, workflows, controllers, and integrations. Build UI/UX inside Odoo's view framework (Form/List/Kanban, QWeb reports, portal pages).External Integrations: Design idempotent webhook handlers/adapters for channel managers, WhatsApp Business API, and payment gateways.DevOps and Performance: Drive performance tuning, security best practices (record rules, access groups, encrypted fields), CI/CD automated testing, Git workflows, and Docker deployments.Leadership and Collaboration: Lead code reviews, document architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate with BD, Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in software development, with 3+ years specifically in Odoo.Technical Stack: Odoo ORM (@api.depends, @api.constrains), Python 3, PostgreSQL, XML views, QWeb reports, and Odoo security (ir.rule, access groups).DevOps and Testing: Production Odoo deployment (Docker required; AWS/Odoo.sh a plus), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing (TransactionCase, SavepointCase).Integrations and Security: REST APIs, idempotent webhooks, and security/authentication standards.Soft Skills: Excellent English (written/spoken) and Agile/Scrum experience.PreferredExperience in real estate, hospitality, or property management systems.Odoo Enterprise modules: Sign, Documents, Approvals, Field Service, Project, Maintenance.Observability tools (Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus).Odoo portal/website customization, messaging/payment integrations, or OCA contributions.What We Look For A proactive, quality-obsessed engineer who thrives with autonomy, values data integrity, and loves solving real-world operational challenges through software.📩 Send us your CVs at hr@livbnb.com to join Livbnb on our journey!
