Senior Odoo Developer

📍 [Location / On-site or Hybrid] | UAE | [Full-time / Contract]Al Ihsan Charity Association is looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join us and help develop and enhance our Odoo-based system, which supports our charitable work, donations, and beneficiary services across the UAE.What you'll do: 🔹 Develop, customize, and maintain custom Odoo modules based on our operational needs 🔹 Build and improve workflows for donations, beneficiaries, projects, and finance 🔹 Integrate Odoo with external platforms (website, mobile app, payment gateways, SMS services, and APIs) 🔹 Create custom reports, dashboards, and QWeb templates 🔹 Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and handle version upgrades and data migration 🔹 Work closely with internal teams to turn business requirements into practical technical solutionsWhat we're looking for: ✅ [3+] years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (Community & Enterprise) ✅ A proven track record of previous Odoo projects (portfolio or project references required) ✅ Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript/OWL ✅ Solid understanding of the Odoo ORM and core modules (Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR) ✅ Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations ✅ Familiarity with Git and deployment on Odoo.sh or Linux servers ✅ Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus ⭐ Previous experience with NGOs, charities, or donation management systems is a strong advantage
