Senior Odoo Implementer (Software Development)

SB Human Capital is currently hiring on behalf of a leading company in the software development sector for the position of Senior Odoo Implementer based in El Sheikh Zayed City, Giza.ResponsibilitiesConduct workshops with clients to accurately gather and understand business requirements.Prepare the ''Gap Analysis" document and identify discrepancies between client requests and standard Odoo functionality.Prepare the project timeline and define delivery milestones.Design workflows and create process flowcharts.Write the Solution Design Document (SDD) to be handed over to the implementation team.Define access rights and the required data structure theoretically.Monitor work progress to ensure the implementation matches the approved design.Direct interaction with the client and expectation management.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client.Manage and execute the training plan.Give the green light for the final Go-Live.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo..Solid understanding of business processes across finance, HR, sales, supply chain, and operations.Strong experience managing ERP implementation projects end-to-end.
