The company is recognized for delivering technology with a strong value proposition, solving both technical and business challenges.Role Description The Senior Odoo Implementor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions for diverse clients. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Odoo modules, and configuring the system to meet operational and strategic needs. The Senior Odoo Implementor will oversee solution design, data migration, testing, and deployment, while ensuring integration with existing systems. Daily tasks include preparing functional documentation, providing user training and support, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with technical teams to customize and enhance Odoo features. The role also includes continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, advising clients on best practices, and supporting post-go-live optimization.Qualifications 4 years experience is a must.Strong expertise in Odoo implementation, including functional configuration, workflow design, and module integration (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM).Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical ERP solutions.Solid understanding of database concepts, data migration practices, and basic technical skills to collaborate effectively with developers.Ability to manage implementation projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on user training and change management.Prior experience in ERP consulting or system integration, preferably within fast-growing or enterprise environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant Odoo or ERP certifications are an advantage.
