As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality PA and administrative support to the Regional Director, including diary, travel, meeting and correspondence coordination.Provide senior administrative and coordination support to the Regional Leadership Team and broader team across Brisbane, Townsville and Manila.Support the effective day-to-day operation of the Brisbane office and contribute to consistent administrative processes across the region.Here’s what you’ll need5+ years professional experience in an Office Administration positionProficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent relationship building skills and effective communication (written and verbal), you are capable of engaging stakeholders at all organisational levels.Why Join Us?At Agilitus, we encompass an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative, supportive culture.
