Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Group Transaction Management

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital recycling and group restructuring;Support managers in due diligence procedures, financial modelling, negotiations and preparation of key transaction documents;Prepare project documentation such as teasers, information memoranda, financial forecasts, presentations, etc.Prepare, review and follow up transaction issues and documentation under guidance of supervisors.Coordinate and partner with group office functions, third party advisors and business partners in the execution of transactions.Monitor the operational and financial performance of portfolio companies.Carry out other corporate finance activities such as undertaking industry or company research as and when required.RequirementsBachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline(s).At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and transaction execution (ideally with professional experience in Big 4 deals advisory team, investment funds, banking or equity research).Strong business acumen, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.Professional qualification such as CPA and/or CFA is preferred.
