Senior Officer - Digital Payments

To support the day-to-day, administration, technical and operation of digital payment services and Acquiring platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth processing of digital payment transactions, supporting merchant onboarding, monitoring operational performance, manage acquiring clearing and settlement files, internal accounts reconciliation, Charge back, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including CyberSource, payment gateways and vendors and assisting in the implementation of digital payments new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily operational activities related to digital payment services, including eCommerce acquiring clearing , settlement and instant payments.Processing daily TC33A and scheme clearing files & handle exceptionsSupport merchant technical onboarding activities. Participate in testing activities, UAT execution, and implementation of new payment services. Coordinate with technology and vendor teams during system upgrades and enhancements Support product enhancements and operational readiness activities.Monitor payment transactions and platforms to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.Manage scheme & regulatory compliance activities.Preparing regulatory, audit, and compliance-related information. Prepare operational reports, QMR , QAC and submit to schemes.Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, exceptions or merchant queries within agreed service levels.Support reconciliation, settlement, refund, chargeback, and dispute management activities. Assist merchants in resolving payment processing and settlement issues.Coordinate with merchants, PSPs, aggregators, and vendors on operational & technical matters.Assist in fraud monitoring activities and exception reporting.Work Experience:3 to 5 years of work experience:Card acquiring, Payment gateways, Payment systems .Education:IT, Technical certificate
