قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob PurposeSupport line manager in planning and executing Fraud Investigation assignments in accordance with the Department’s Group Risk Management (GRM) – Operation Risk Management (ORM) Framework and relevant Fraud Investigation Process.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist line manager in preparing a comprehensive Fraud Investigation Assignment Plan, prioritizing and designing the methodology/strategy of fraud investigation assignments based on a risk assessment, and sensitivity of cases and exposure, in an effective and efficient manner.Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.Conducting investigations into DIB staff misconduct and internal fraud concerning activities and operations activities include but are not limited to; planning investigations, determining investigation objectives, scope, criteria, necessary resources requirement, methodology to be used to accomplish the assignment, manage individual activity assigned and conduct interviews of people under investigation. Makes oral or written communication with management during and at the conclusion of the assignment, discussing observations and recommending corrective action to improve operations.Prepare/Reviews and edits well structured, logical and objective Draft Fraud Investigation Report. Ensuring the findings have the appropriate supporting evidences and recommending proper course of action to be taken.Maintain the inventory of fraud investigation for proper reporting. Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.Job ComplexityAbility to Reviews and analyze the results arising from assignment planning, testing performed and identifying cause of systems failures, potential affects and action necessary to remedy situations. Ability to ensure that fraud investigation findings are presented in a positive and constructive form.Ability to advise a concerned stakeholder immediately for corrective action in case of material findings where written/ verbal commentary would be necessary. Ability to input/suggestions for amendment to fraud investigation approach/programs.Ability to keep informed about improvements and current developments in banking environment, and in internal auditing, Fraud examining & risk management standards, procedures, techniques and assists staff in assimilating the GRM environment.Ability to provide fraud investigation recommendations to improve the controls, provisions and operational losses. Performing work more efficiently to reduce the departmental costs etc. and effectively to produce quality deliverables.Ability to ensure that engagements are performed in a systematic, disciplined manner and with due professional care and efficiency within defined time frame.Ability to drive forward and co-ordinate a number of concurrent projects and tasks, managing competing demands.EducationMinimum Bachelor’s DegreeProfessional Certificate (CFE/CIA etc. equivalent qualification is an added advantage)Work ExperienceMinimum 3-4 years of auditing financial/other sectors - preferably three years in a banking environment at senior position.
