The role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, infection prevention, safety, vendor performance, and patient experience.Key Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Ensure compliance with healthcare infection prevention and control (IPC) and safety requirements. Monitor housekeeping vendors and evaluate service quality against agreed KPIs and standards. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality assessments. Identify service gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions. Supervise, coach, and develop housekeeping teams. Monitor cleaning procedures, materials, equipment, and service standards. Coordinate with healthcare and facility teams to resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and patient-focused environment. Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsQualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 5+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment. Previous supervisory or senior-level experience is required. UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
