Senior Officer – Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced Senior Officer – Maintenance to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for industrial laundry production and utility equipment. The role will focus on maximising equipment availability, ensuring effective preventive and corrective maintenance, maintaining safety standards, and minimising operational downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate multi-disciplinary technicians across Mechanical, Electrical and Automation/PLC disciplines.Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.Ensure technicians are appropriately trained, certified and compliant with safety requirements.Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.Coordinate with vendors, OEMs and AMC service providers for maintenance and technical support.Support equipment commissioning, upgrades and improvement activities.Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs and asset registers.Monitor and report key maintenance indicators including downtime, MTTR, PPM completion and recurring faults.Prepare daily and weekly maintenance performance reports for the Chief Engineer.Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe working practices.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.5–8 years of maintenance experience within an industrial laundry, hospitality or process plant environment.Hands-on experience with industrial laundry equipment and utility systems.Good knowledge of Automation, PLC and SCADA systems.Health & Safety and/or Boiler Certification is preferred.Key Skills:Preventive & Corrective MaintenanceIndustrial Equipment MaintenanceMechanical & Electrical SystemsPLC & AutomationSCADA SystemsMaintenance PlanningEquipment TroubleshootingPPM & Downtime ManagementHSE ComplianceVendor & OEM CoordinationMaintenance Documentation & ReportingProblem SolvingIdeal Candidate:We are particularly interested in candidates with strong hands-on technical exposure to industrial laundry machinery and associated utility systems, combined with experience coordinating multidisciplinary maintenance teams.📩 Interested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply through LinkedIn.#Hiring #SeniorOfficer #MaintenanceJobs #IndustrialMaintenance #LaundryOperations #MechanicalMaintenance #ElectricalMaintenance #PLC #Automation #SCADA #PreventiveMaintenance #HSE #EngineeringJobs #UAEJobs #FacilitiesManagement
