Senior Officer, Retail Marketing

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Officer, Retail Marketing Operations to join our dynamic Retail Marketing team. In this role, you will act as a key driving force behind our physical brand presence, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful retail marketing campaigns, visual merchandising excellence, and seamless in-store experiences across Hong Kong and Macau.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Retail Marketing Manager to plan, support and execute strategic product launches and channel-specific marketing initiativesSupport the Retail Marketing team in executing promotional programs, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day administrative tasksCoordinate and work closely with internal stakeholders on the retail marketing campaigns across retail channels and Brand Stores, covering marketing materials, visual merchandising, and in-store activities in Hong Kong and MacauLiaise with external agencies, and assist in preparing regular reports and presentation decksPerform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines3 to 5 years of hands-on retail marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates coming from Telecom, consumer electronics, FMCG or fast-paced retail sectorsSolid, practical understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising principles, and POSM production processesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work under tight deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external agency partnersProficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Chinese & English word processingWe offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
