Senior Officer, Technology Asset Management

To oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring efficient management, compliance, and optimization of hardware, software, and related IT resources in alignment with SNB’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.Job Responsibilities:End-to-End IT Asset Lifecycle ManagementPlan, procure, deploy, maintain, transfer, and dispose of IT assets in accordance with SNB’s policies and procedures.Ensure seamless integration of IT assets across all business units and departments.Inventory ManagementMaintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and related components.Conduct regular asset reviews, reconciliations, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.Compliance & Regulatory AdherenceEnsure all IT asset management activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Support compliance with software license agreements and audit readiness.Optimization & Cost ManagementMonitor asset utilization and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and resource optimization.Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset performance and lifecycle management.Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to manage asset acquisition, tracking, and reporting.Serve as a key point of contact for asset-related queries and issues.Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare detailed asset management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review and decision-making.Track and report on asset performance, compliance, and lifecycle metrics.Governance & Risk ManagementSupport IT governance, risk, audit, and compliance initiatives related to asset management.Ensure asset documentation, naming standards, and records are maintained throughout the asset lifecycle.Technology Lifecycle SupportSupport technology refresh, upgrade, and decommissioning activities to ensure alignment with business needs and IT strategy.Job Requirements:Nationality:SaudiEducation & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CITAM, CSAM, or equivalent are a plus.Experience:Proven experience in IT Asset Management, preferably within a large enterprise or financial institution.Experience with IT inventory management tools, asset repositories, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts.Experience in IT governance, audit, risk, or compliance-related activities is an advantage.Skills & Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management principles and practices.Strong understanding of software license management and compliance requirements.Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Location: Jeddah
