This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge, along with the ability to drive end-to-end solution architecture and mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of OpenText VIM solutionsDesign scalable and optimized invoice processing workflowsGather and translate complex business requirements into solution architectureDrive integration with SAP modules (FI/MM) and S/4HANA environmentsOversee OCR/ICC setup, document capture, and automation strategiesProvide L3 support, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure system stabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, business users)Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessionsEnsure best practices, governance, and compliance in VIM implementationsRequired Skills:6 -10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in OpenText VIMHands-on experience in VIM configuration, workflows, and enhancementsStrong knowledge of SAP FI/MM integrationExperience with ICC/OCR, Archive Server, and document managementExposure to S/4HANA migrations or implementationsAbility to handle complex troubleshooting and performance tuningExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:OpenText VIM and/or SAP certificationExperience in multiple full lifecycle implementationsKnowledge of Fiori/UI5 apps related to invoice processingFamiliarity with automation tools (RPA, AI-based invoice processing)
