- End-to-end logistics ops: inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, last-mile, distribution & customer service
- Operational KPIs, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
- Drivers, riders, warehouse teams, and 3PL partners
- Inventory accuracy, stock forecasting, and annual stock-taking
- Cost optimization and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you bring:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration (or related field)
- 5+ years in logistics (last-mile & warehouse) + fleet management
- Strong people-leadership and stakeholder-management chops
- Fluent in Arabic & English — written and spoken
