Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 5–8 Years in Corporate Event Management / Event ProductionRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Corporate Events to manage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events.The role will be responsible for production planning, fabrication, technical production, branding, logistics, venue coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and on-ground execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management, vendor management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced event environment.Flexibility to travel and work during late nights, weekends, and overnight event setups is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction PlanningStudy client briefs and prepare detailed production plans and execution checklists.Prepare BOQs for fabrication, AV, branding, décor, and event infrastructure.Develop production timelines, setup schedules, execution plans, and vendor deliverables.Prepare production layouts covering stage positioning, LED placement, branding zones, and engagement areas.Fabrication & Technical ProductionPlan and execute fabrication requirements including stages, backdrops, stalls, kiosks, sets, installations, and décor.Coordinate with fabrication vendors for production, quality checks, installation, and dismantling.Supervise technical production including LED walls, sound, lighting, projection, staging, trussing, and presentation equipment.Plan technical layouts covering power distribution, cable routing, screen placement, and stage requirements.Conduct technical rehearsals, sound checks, microphone testing, presentation testing, and show rehearsals.Ensure production and technical elements comply with venue guidelines and safety standards.Venue & Vendor ManagementIdentify and evaluate venues for conferences, launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.Conduct venue recce to assess technical feasibility, loading access, rigging points, power availability, and operational requirements.Coordinate with venue management for permissions, timelines, and operational support.Manage vendors across fabrication, AV, printing, décor, logistics, gifting, and production services.Obtain quotations, negotiate commercial terms, finalize vendors within approved budgets, and monitor vendor performance.Logistics & Resource PlanningPlan transportation and movement of production materials, branding assets, and technical equipment.Coordinate loading, unloading, dispatch schedules, installation timelines, and inventory movement.Ensure timely availability of all production resources at event venues.Event ExecutionLead on-site production activities from setup through event completion.Supervise stage construction, branding installation, AV setup, décor, registration areas, backstage operations, and engagement zones.Manage production crews, technicians, fabricators, electricians, riggers, and installation teams.Monitor execution timelines and resolve operational challenges on-site.Ensure all event elements are fully operational before the event begins.Coordination & Risk ManagementWork closely with Client Servicing, Creative, Design, and Project teams to execute approved event concepts.Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans.Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs.Resolve on-site operational issues while maintaining client satisfaction.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify new vendors, materials, production technologies, and fabrication techniques.Stay updated with industry trends in corporate events and event production.Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.Post-Event ManagementSupervise dismantling of stages, branding, fabrication, and technical equipment.Ensure return of hired assets, vendor closure, and venue handover.Prepare post-event operational reports, project feedback, and lessons learned.Required Skills & CompetenciesCorporate Event Production & ExecutionFabrication & Technical ProductionVendor Management & NegotiationBOQ Preparation & Budget ControlVenue & Logistics ManagementTeam Leadership & Resource PlanningClient CoordinationRisk Assessment & Problem SolvingTime Management & MultitaskingMS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPointEducational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Event Management or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.Working ConditionsWillingness to travel for event execution.Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, late nights, and overnight during event setup and execution.Key Performance IndicatorsTimely execution of projects within approved budgets.Client satisfaction and execution quality.Vendor performance and adherence to timelines.Effective resource utilization and cost control.Compliance with operational and safety standards.Quality of post-event reporting and documentation.Interested candidates can share their CV along with relevant event experience and project portfolio.
