Role: Senior Operations Analyst - Google (Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Operations Analyst (Google Workspace) to oversee and optimize Google Workspace configurations, user management, and system integrations. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams. Responsibilities include maintaining security protocols, monitoring system performance, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Google Workspace accounts, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, etc.).
• Monitor system performance, security compliance, and usage analytics to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices for data protection and access controls.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on Google Workspace tools and features.Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) environments with at least 2+ years of direct hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units within Google Admin Console.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace security features, including 2-step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving email, calendar, and collaboration tool issues.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation tasks.
