Senior Operations Manager

**Experience in Mechanical, Manufacturing, and/or Engineering Operations is Preferred Seeking an experienced manager to lead the mechanical, manufacturing, and engineering operations of a technical service facility.Key ResponsibilitiesManage production schedules, staffing, workflow, and resource allocation.Lead and develop technicians, production employees, and engineering personnel.Ensure mechanical work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.Improve manufacturing and repair processes through Lean and continuous improvement methods.Monitor productivity, quality, safety, delivery, and profitability metrics.Coordinate technical estimates, materials, inventory, and equipment maintenance.Partner with engineering, sales, and operations teams to resolve technical and customer issues.Manage departmental budgets, costs, margins, and operational performance.Qualifications5+ years of leadership experience in mechanical, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations.Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with machinery or industrial equipment.Proven ability to manage production teams, schedules, KPIs, and process improvements.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, budgeting, and P&L performance.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
