Senior Operations Manager

We are currently assisting a multinational manufacturing company in seeking an experienced Senior Operation Manager to lead Production and Engineering Maintenance departments within the manufacturing operation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Production, Process Engineering, Technical Training, and Engineering Maintenance functions to achieve operational targetsMonitor and control production processes and maintenance activities to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, delivery performance, cost, and inventory controlSupport and drive manufacturing improvement initiatives to improve productivity, machine reliability, and process efficiencyEnsure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, production materials, and supporting equipmentEnsure implementation of preventive maintenance programs and proper maintenance of production equipmentDevelop employee capability through coaching, training, and performance improvement initiativesCollaborate closely with related departments to support operational performance and customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and company operational standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical EngineeringMinimum 7 years of experience leading manufacturing operations, particularly in Production and Engineering Maintenance areasStrong understanding of SPC, PLC, and PPICExperience in Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement programs such as IWS, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar manufacturing systemsStrong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilitiesGood command of English, both spoken and writtenExperience in multinational manufacturing environment will be an advantageTobacco industry experience will be an advantageStrong awareness of workplace safety and operational risk managementDue to high volume of job applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview.By submitting your curriculum vitae or personal data to us in connection with your job application, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms of our Privacy Policy, and consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by us and our affiliates, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
