Senior Operations Officer/Operations Manager

We are hiring!Role: Senior Operations Officer/Operations Manager | Custody and OperationsOrganization: NBK Wealth - KSAJob Requirements:Solid knowledge of operational activities within a financial institution, including adherence to regulatory requirements and company proceduresAbility to prepare and approve data entry, cash and securities deposits/withdrawals, FX transactions and placements, ensuring accurate records in client portfoliosAbility to process, check and approve day-to-day operational activitiesExperience processing and approving new subscriptions, additions and redemption entriesKnowledge of DPM and fund valuationsAbility to calculate and process pledge/loan installments and prepare collateral reportsExperience preparing and checking CMA reportsExperience in cash, securities and funds/DPM reconciliationsKnowledge of checking and settling investment banking transactions (Private Banking, Brokerage Desk, Asset Management) in international markets, including shares, fixed income and IPOsAbility to follow up with custodians and brokers on trades, corporate actions, payments, subscriptions and redemptions, repayments and distributions, and reflect them accurately in client accountsExperience opening client portfolios and opening accounts with brokers, banks and custodiansAbility to test and implement operations systems and toolsSystem knowledge, preferably AdventBachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (business/finance/accounting)The candidate should have 4 to 6 years of Backoffice experience in a similar industry.Only candidates with similar background and experience will be shortlisted, please share your resume to saudi.hr@nbkwealth.com
